What is F.A.S.O
F.A.S.O is a student organization group on the University of Wisconsin Madison that is focuses on two things. One to build a community base for for it's members in hopes that we will build stronger ties with each other throughout their academic years as well as to promote Filipino Culture on Campus.The Midwest isn’t exactly known to have a large Filipino population. It is not un-common for many second or third generation Filipino Americans to know very little or nothing about their cultural heritage and a large campus like this is may become quite intimidating for some students who may not know many people. We hope to promote Filipino cultural identity through a welcoming and connected organization.
